Jim, in case no one has told you, Vietnam is about 9000 West of Cuba!..and though there IS a connection, which given a bit more time, I'll turn you on to, Cuba's situation was quite different...but your assertion that this was a case merely of blind U.S. imperialism, is a little off, to be painting it all with one big broad brush...but, as soon as I get a bit more time, I'll fill you in!
