John and I have been asked to host a folk singaround at the White Horse PH, Sandway ME17 2HY (just outside Lenham) starting 8 30 pm Thursday 28th April , and hope as many of you can come as possible. The plan is to have it as a singaround rather than a tunes session - there's already a good session last Sunday of each month in the Red Lion in Lenham - although accordion, fiddle, pipes, recorder players who can play along are of course all welcome too. Gavin and Jenny have transformed the pub into a place with lovely atmosphere, and are very folk friendly, indeed, the Seven Champs Molly side will be rehearsing in the pub's function room at the same time, and will join us after 10.
