Service in Ring o Bells skittle alley was fine, and also in the main pub when I was there... the pub was under new management, having been closed for a while, so I think it was the usual story of new landlords not comprehending the scale of increased demand at a folk festival. And praise to the new management for not increasing prices for the festival (which the previous management did) - the beer price was cheaper than the Half Moon.
