Parties with boozers in their driveway across from our bedroom window, though current renters are not guilty. They do have a really bright light above their side door which also faces our bedroom window. If I want the window open, which I do, it's try to put up with the light. I've thought about talking to them, but they are quiet and leave others alone, so...I shrug my shoulders and let the cat sit in the window just enough to block the light.:-)

I have wind chimes, but they are not huge and they are nowhere near the edges of our house, so not close to any neighbour's. I have a friend who has several sets which measure anywhere from 1-5 feet long. LOUD and rude, yes!
