A near by neighbour's visiting son parks his heating oil truck on the street and leaves the loud diesel engine running for upwards of an hour. He also leaves his two way radio turned up loud, so he can hear it from inside. Is that rude enough?


A few years back, a friend complained that his neighbour parked his rusty "beater" car in front of his house each day. Oddly enough, when he bought a newer vehicle, he then parked it in front of his own house.
