Thankfully not had that experience with neighbours. Although our last one was a real arsehole in many ways he wasn't anti-social, but that's another story. I think I have mentioned before though about the pub I used to go in. A real loud-mouthed, obnoxious idiot started to go in. Unfortunatley he was friends with the landlord. A couple of people complained - and got banned from the pub. More people found that life was easier if they found the idiot 'funny but harmeless' as the landlord did and started to act in the same way. Lots of people left until, in the end, the landlord was left on his own with idiots and fools. The pub is now a solictors office oddly enough...
