I am very grateful to Max for setting Mudcat up but have an aversion to belonging to things or joining up. I once asked an active Mudcatter about the advantages of joining but the only real difference I could see was that other Mudcatters could "pm" you - which seems to be the very sort of thing that I and the Daizee Welsh would wish to avoid.

Again my thanks to those who set this up and those who maintain it, I'm sure I can be accused of wanting the best of both worlds but, if it's possible, why not?
