Hi Little Neo - Yes, they DO interfere with spontaneity to some extent. Sometimes more, sometimes less. They also interfere with feeling to some extent. Not a major problem, I wouldn't say, but to some extent.

They are one of the best methods of protection, I'd say. I shudder to think of any woman I care for being on the pill, for example, or doing anything that messes around with her hormonal changes artificially, so I think condoms are not a bad solution.

A favourite brand, though? Who knows? I've got no strong opinion on that.
