When I was in elementary school (southern California, 1940s) it went

There's a place in France
Where the women wear no pants
And the men go round
With their wienies hanging down.

-- tho some favored "In the southern part of France" etc.

In those days, that was the first dirty song (bourgeois) children learned. I was once at a circus where one of the acts, where all the elephants defecated in unison, was accompanied by that tune. The idea was that that was the dirty part of the show.
