There is a wee cd called 'Half Cut' featuring John and a number of his songs - don't think it is commercially available tho, might have been done for one of his birthdays?

Anyway, if no-one else does so I shall listen to said cd then transcribe the words.

As EKanne said previously, the tune is one of those that sounds really familiar in a music-hallish sort of way - - think it is an adaptation of something we all know - -?
