My favorite of his songs is "Rolling Nowhere". Really catchy and lively tune. My least favorite is "Wildfire"--it doesn't really speak to me and just strikes me as sappy.

Some years ago he hosted a PBS special on western/cowboy songs which included Riders in the Sky, The Sons of the San Jaquin (sp?), and a fine cowboy poet (among a number of other performers). I thought it was a splendid show.
