There have been a lot of comments made regarding the idea that the attack on the Obama compound in Pakistan and his death during this raid was illegal. Without getting into the question of what law or laws were violated, I would like to know if anyone can provide a practical scenario for the peaceful capture of Osama, under the circumstances thus far on record, which does not violate what you see as a "rule of law"?
