Good news all round really! Happy day and reasons to be cheerful in the best Folk sense.

Please Note: we're doing a show called Bellamy : Kipling with the Tradition at the Fylde Festival this year in which Rapunzel, Ross Cambell, 'Sailor' Ron Baxter and myself will be exploring a few links and essaying one or two classic arrangements from the upbeat pagan wassailing of the original A Tree Song (though most people since have done it ever softer, but none quite as delicious & darkly as The Unthanks on OAT) to the masterful power-trio of The Liner She's A Lady. Otherwise we'll be touching on the The Land, Danny Deaver and Harp Song of the Dane Women (hear our Alternative version HERE) and many more in a merry hour of Pure Sweet Bellamism.
