Like I said, Irish or English-style pubs. You don't go into bars here like "Chico's" or "Boli's" or "Cheap Shot O'Malleys" or "The Backdoor" and play music. And worst of all folk music, they'd throw things at you. This is a college town, we don't stand for that sort of thing. The closest pub I know is 150 miles away, "The Bull McCabe's". You have to remember that just as the TV is annoying you, you may be annoying those watching the TV.
