Happy birthday to my darling husband who reckons that he has now reached the age of old fartdom. I just told him he has been an old fart for a long time - this day just means he has survived another year.

He's being fairly well spoilt - early birthday presents from my son and daughter-in-law and lots of attention from everyone. We're about to set of for parts south, heading to Portsmouth for him to be serenaded, in the great cabin of HMS Victory, with 'Carrying Nelson Home' - all arranged by Mudcat's own Cats. Thank you so much Kathy. Wish you could have been here - I hope you heal up soon.
