Checking Billboard yields the Bob Harter recordings listed below -
are these the same Bob Harter? - Seems he would be a bit older given the date of the first listing. BTW Sterling is the label which first recorded Hank Williams.
Another communication indicates that Bob Harter is deceased, but no details were provided.
