Sorry to hear that you had this experience I have known some very nice pits and staffies too but then I have also had a nasty experience from a family Corgi just because I got too close to his master, I just didn't think at the time.

It must have really shaken you up, hope you do get over the trauma of this soon and doesn't put you off of dogs in the long term. Best wishes.
