I don't know ColdFusion Jack so there could be built in features to handle an the contents of the HTML textarea or you might have to write a routine yourself. Either way, the post as received needs translation at some point(s).

The breaks from the textarea are sent CR/LF pairs and outside of the pre, they need to be translated to "brs" or handled as paragraphs (p tag) for the post to be displayed properly.
