The little blue box has been in IE8 for quite a while, and has now been joined by Max's Learn More. The behaviour depends on whether I highlight a word from left to right or right to left.

R to L Learn More sits due north of the end of the word, and the blue box sits southeast of the word. I can open either by clicking on them.

But if I highlight from the end of the word to the beginning Learn More sits sits due north of the start of the word, and the blue box sits northwest of the start, partly overlapping the Learn More box, which opens fine. But if I try to hover the mouse over the blue box, the box moves down to sit due west of the word. If I move the mouse to there, the box resumes its former position, and so on ad infinitum. Wherever I go and whatever I click, it will only open Learn More.

Not that I'm complaining, you understand.
