I would have to nominate The Human Centipede. It is basically director Tom Six's sado-masochistic fantasy put into film. The bad guy, a German doctor, sews three kidnap victims together, arse to mouth, in order to create what he thinks of as the ultimate pet. There are scenes where he beats them in order to discipline them when they do something wrong, but he enjoys it too much. Additionally, there is a scene when the guy in the lead, has to crap, which would inevitably go right into the mouth of the girl behind him. All in all, it is a sick sexual fantasy that goes no where, creating an exercise in pointlessness. It is not worth seeing.
