We had an interesting thing happen where a callow youth was abusing a pretty little beagle puppy. The police said it wasn't bad enough to do anything, but a neighbor put a video on the Internet. After being denounced by people from South Africa to the house next door, the guy quickly decided to give the puppy to a good home.
