Hmmm. I think you should just be able to plug it in, Dick. Windows 7 should recognize the keyboard and install the necessary drivers. If not, go to the keyboard manufacturer's Website and download the latest drivers for that keyboard. Noteworthy composer should recognize the keyboard as long as it has drivers installed.
I haven't used a keyboard on Windows 7, but that's how it's worked for me on previous versions of Windows.
