At the top of the download page there's a link to "get a different version." It's main purpose is so that you can download to one machine and move the file to another machine with a different version of Windows to run it.

The download page should detect what version you're using, but might have made a mistake, or there could have been a download error that didn't get a good file onto your machine. If you need it, it's well worth at least a second try.
