Circumcised compared to uncircumcised.

With the uncircumcised penis, the head of the penis (glans) is generally completely covered. With the circumcised penis, the glans is exposed, but it's wearing a little turtleneck.

In ALL cases, scrupulous personal hygiene is highly recommended. For BOTH genders. [Should go without saying.]
