On Sat 18th June at the Adelphi there is 72 year old fiddle player David laflamme and his band Its a Beautiful Day ! with aussie folkie Jody Galvin as support ! Its a beautiful day mixed folk americana with the sound of san francisco in the 60s . their first lP was in 1969 ! Before that David was Janis Joplins fiddle player in an early 60s folk coffee house incarnation ! ( before Janis was famous ) classic stuff.
