Colleen's Fancy have a residency every Sunday afternoon in a public bar called Lyrics which is in Hull. E.Yorkshire. We have a good following and each weeks brings both old and new faces. Over the last few years we have build up strong links with a local group of Irish Dancers called Shivna. It is our intention to put on a full day of Irish Song, Music and Dance during the summer(either on the 7th or the 14th August). I have approached a couple of local bands to see if they would be available and I am waiting for their replies.
If anyone in Mudcat land is interested and would like to take part in this day, then please do let me know. It will be funded purely from donations from our audiences who have always been generous.
