I'm trying to get the spelling straight, but it's hard. I think it's Congress-guy Weiner, and the sausage is a wiener. I believe that one of those things is pronounced "wine-er" and one is "wee-ner", or at least they were theoretically pronounced differently pre-Twittergaffe.
