I think its the anniversary of her (Honor Bright's) death today, 8th/9th of june. For all concerned I live in Ticknock and only recently noticed the Plaque in her honour. I asked my mother about it and she had a small book on the subject, its also about monto. Its a very sad story and Im sure one that is echoed all over the world and still almost exactly the same thing goes on today. Every time I drive by the spot where she lay, I bough my head as a mark of respect. So although I never knew her, she is still remembered today, and I will pass on the story to my kids someday.
