A bit belatedly ~~ WHAT, precisely, is this thread about? I have a feeling that the OP should have linked to some news item but didn't; so that, while I extrapolate that it is in some way concerned with a 16-yr-old who got busted for possession of some minuscule quantity of pot, the details seem to be exiguous. May we have the link, or some more details of the original story, please?
