He supports the UK Independence Party which seeks to replace the May Day bank holiday in England with a St George's Day bank holiday, to also restore imperial units as well as repealing the 1998 Human Rights Act and withdrawing from the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms; he has some strict views on British citizens marrying foreigners too.

Yes there are people like him in the UK who take him very seriously.
