I've been working on making the perfect pizza dough for quite a few years and am pretty close to it now. This site has become my latest inspiration and I pretty much use their recipe and philosophy except for quantities and most importantly I use fresh yeast, which, I am convinced, is a crucial ingredient to achieving the perfect dough.
