Pizza crust isn't that difficult to make, but if you don't want to bother or you're in a hurry you can make a nice pizza using pita bread as the crust. I get the large pitas. If you like the crust crispy, you can prebake it a little. Then just add your toppings, put it in the oven till the cheese melts, and you've got a good pizza with ingredients tailored to your taste. I like fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and a little parmesan, and fresh basil. Sometimes I add mushrooms, onions and peppers.
