A bat or two is one thing... 40,50,60 and 100 ain't... What we have is what is known in the business as a "colony" of bats... I don't even want to know how many there are but we can smell them so it must be a lot... Plus, we have stuff stored in a room up there and who wants their stuff covered in bat poo... The stuff, BTW, is supposed to cause some serious illnesses...
