What astonishes me is that PDQ, who apparently wants Jeffersonian constitutionalism doesn't share Jefferson's intention that the constitution contains exactly what the duly appointed Supreme Court says it is.

How can one admire Jefferson but argue with the basic mechanism of the Constitution? There are about 50 million misinformed Americans who need to answer this question.
