Not 'quite' the same, of course...but both required expensive remodeling to meet standards. Moody's Beanery DID try to reopen, but the $2000 he spent would not come close to what the average clinic would have to do....especially with the governor and state offices determined to shut them down. I HOPE there might be help from the ACLU to mount court challenges, but it's hard to fight the entire state.
