Understood, Bill, and I agree its hard to fight an entire state. But the difference that I think is important it that it is claimed the legislation itself reveals inconsistancies with other legislation and these difference are aimed at subverting a federal ruling.   And I can't believe the federal system will be too comfortable with that. That's the level that may give an effective opening, rather than individual cases.
