For me, curd size doesn't factor in at all...the only cottage cheese that doesn't totally gross me out is the stuff with pineapple in.

Something else I have trouble with - "clotted cream". From what I've heard, it's wonderful; however it reminds me of cream that's had some sort of accident and is on the mend. BLECK!
