Bobert, what is an 'outdoor light'? Are we talking street illumination...in which case I would opt against, preferring starlight...or is this what I would call a porch light so your visitors don't stumble in the dark...which should be part of your normal lighting (electric) service? Or is this something else entirely? Either way it sounds like a rip-off to me.
