Barbour's "Original" made in Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada is REAL peanut butter. It's not full of crap... it's full of nuts.

I feel very strongly and care very deeply about this.

I have a couple of toasted slices of cracked wheat bread with peanut butter most every night (9 or 10) as it levels out the blood sugar. Dunno why but my diabetic buddy told me it works that way for him and I LOVE peanuts. Can't eat them any more on accounta they are hard to digest and they make me stemmie and I really don't need that.
