Forgive me, but I am just a little bit skeptical over the coffee incident. I have never seen anything about it but only heard the urban legend versions. Can anyone lead me to more info on that one.

I have a tough time believing that a cup of coffee that cannot exceed 212 degrees anyway can do that much damage. However I do believe people file spurious lawsuits all the time.
