MOM was pretty angry last night. I took her to the fireworks with us and she refused to look at the sky most of the time. Finally we had to move around to the other side of the fairgrounds so she would look up. She kept muttering something about never looking toward the north again until some ungrateful *^*&% apologized. After awhile my youngest son let her hold the punk stick and light some of the roman candles. She calmed down a bit after that, but she still seems a little tetchy.
