You admit that Conspiracies obviously do exist--most obvious recent one was the Bush administration's orchestrated propaganda campaign to convince the US public to back the Iraq war it planned. How do you know that you know all there is to know about the extent of it? You've made a choice to draw a line, which is your prerogative, but it's no more inherently valid that Sugarfoot's, or Justa's, or mine.

There's a hint of desperation in these attempts to stifle and discredit ideas which you're uncomfortable with.
