The earlier snippet is more interesting in that the song is clearly being sung by the old beachcomber who is seen at the end with the rifle.

Whilst it could have been dubbed the singing voice sounds very close to the actor's spoken voice so may well have been sung by him. I have seen a cast list but haven't time to sit through the whole film to get the character's name.
