Thread Name: Lyr Add: Où vas-tu, mon petit garçon? (Acadian)
Subject: Tune Add: OÙ VAS-TU, MON PETIT GARÇON? (Acadian)
I have transcribed the source found by Artful. It sounds to me very much like a recent "pop version", meant to attract young guitar-strummers (like the boy scout pictured on the front cover) or imaginary ones playing the CD.

(Here is a Maude Robichaud-Lévesque singing a similar rhythm a capella, nevertheless somwhat pop-like.)

The part of the questioner is named "Woman:" in the book - who is she, if not a false knicht? A witch, a whore, a female drug dealer, the Angel of Death (La Mort), or Henriette Major?
