The obvious areas to cut spending are the wars that are costing us billions per week, and the military contracts for hardware that even the Pentagon doesn't really want. The next biggest area is health care. Billions could be saved if we removed the profit motive once and for all.

If they cut there, no one would have to talk about Medicare or Social Security. It would be a non-issue. But what Boss Hogg wants is to return us to a two-class society.
