What is really galling about this strip search is that unlike the slipping on ice or pickle incident, where those people were not assaulted by anyone and were in a sense in control of their own destinies, these girls were taken advantage of by another person - a manager - in an extremely humiliating and sexually abusive way, and McDonald's gets away with even less than a financial slap on the wrist? Where's the justice there?
