Max, I have little idea about what has happened and is happening. I can only imagine the number of e-mails you and joe and other mods. have been receiving and also imagine the volume has turned into a barrage.

In the fwiw department, I opine that it is in the best interest of both you and Mudcat, at this juncture, for you to say less rather than more on the public forum regarding your thoughts and emotional reactions to what is happening. Your long policy of stating what your values and policies are, clearly and succinctly, and only occasionally, has stood you and Mudcat well. Suggest you continue that at the present time.

From what you have posted, it sounds like it may be to the advantage of the continuation of this forum for you to have access to good legal counsel.
