Bass drums, Snares, and even Hi-Hats in the right hands are reasonably ok...

But I hate Cymbals !!!!!!

and those prissy tinkly hanging rows of little chime bars
and other assorted irritating drum kit percussion accessories
that are supposed to denote mature sophisticated clever tasteful snobby show-off fusion music styles of drumming..

..sadly far too popular in contemporary folk rock bands...
