You can get away with D, G, and A for chords. You can possibly throw in a Bm. The end of the A part, where the note is held (a D, I believe), you can play a G chord and have it sound great. I'm not up enough on ABC notation systems to be of better help to you, at this stage. If I were talking to you in person, I could show you where I think the chords should go.
