This is the part I hate about having pets...when they are no longer there to be your physical companion, your friend...but only pale reflections in your memory. My heart goes out to you, Jacqui and Sinsull...

I lost my basset a few months ago, from stomach cancer, and have been dogless since. It is hard, and lonely, but I'm just not ready to go through all that again.
